Terms and Conditions

 

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between the client/event organizer and Sandra Elsfort Concerts for the provision of singing services at event.

1. Booking

 

1.1 By booking the singer for your event, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1.2 A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed contract and any required deposit.

1.3 Sandra Elsfort Concerts reserves the right to decline any booking request at their discretion.

2. Payment

 

2.1 Payment terms will be outlined in the contract provided by Sandra Elsfort Concerts.

2.2 Any deposit paid is non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the contract.

2.3 The remaining balance is due on or before the performance date.

3. Performance

 

3.1 Sandra Elsfort Concerts will perform at the agreed-upon date, time, and location as outlined in the contract.

3.2 Any changes to the performance schedule must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

3.3 Sandra Elsfort Concerts will adhere to sound level restrictions and venue regulations.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

4.1 In the event of cancellation by the client, any deposit paid will be forfeited unless otherwise specified in the contract.

4.2 In the event of cancellation by Sandra Elsfort Concerts due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness), reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the performance. If rescheduling is not possible, any deposit paid will be refunded.

5. Intellectual Property

 

5.1 Sandra Elsfort Concerts retains all rights to their performances, including but not limited to musical arrangements, recordings, and original compositions.

5.2 The client may not record, reproduce, or distribute Sandra Elsfort Concerts' performance without prior written consent.

6. Liability

 

6.1 Sandra Elsfort Concerts shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the client's use of Sandra Elsfort Concerts' services, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

6.2 Sandra Elsfort Concerts liability shall be limited to the total amount paid by the client for the performance.

7. Governing Law

 

7.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of country/region.

7.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of country/region.

8. Miscellaneous

 

8.1 These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

8.2 Any amendments or modifications to these terms must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
